All orders will be processed within 24 hours to 7 days, if your order is received Monday through Friday before 12PM CST. Holidays and Weekends are excluded. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will also ship on the following Monday unless that Monday falls on a Holiday and or product availability.

Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 25 days from the order date. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.
Order acknowledgment and confirmation of product availability will be sent to you via email after your order is completed. An order tracking number will also be included in a separate order completion email.
All orders are shipped in the continental US via USPS and can take anywhere from 15-30 days to arrive, this is due to COVID-19. As a responsible business for us safety first.
As we continue to monitor the rapidly changing COVID-19 developments in our communities, we are following the guidelines established by local public municipalities with regards to our operating process to ensure safety.
If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii and choose the USPS option, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive.

Delays with UPS shipping
International Duties or Customs charges
Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.
Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
*We verify all credit cards before shipping. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, the postal service used will require a signature so please be aware of this. Your tracking number will let you know what day you can expect your order.*
Please note that all packages are shipped uninsured. We will not be held responsible should USPS lose your package. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with any charges for expedited shipping.
Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, although there may be a slight delay during exceptionally busy periods such as our seasonal sales. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. Zymbia Boutique is not responsible for REGULAR delays or caused by customs clearance.
